The chambers extruded into the window frames serve to enhance Window Factory
windows insulating properties, add strength and act as sound insulation

Multiple Weatherstripping

Primary and secondary weatherstripping provide a complete barrier against air and water
intrusion.

Single Handle Multipoint Lock

The Window Factory casement window is available with a single locking handle. Easy to reach
and operate, it engages the window sash at two points drawing it snug into the window frame.

Glazing Pocket Accommodations

The glazing pocket in our Window Factory Windows accommodates 7/8" OA insulated glass.

Dual Durometer Glazing Beads

The Window Factory's insulated glass construction uses dual glazing beads along with SWIGGLE SEAL
technology making it the highest quality available today.
That is why our insulated glass is guaranteed not to fail for a period of twenty years or we will replace it
